Nazik Kalpakchyan is an Associate Attorney at Landegger & Verano, where she represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters. Her practice includes defending against claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and civil rights disputes. With experience in both transactional and litigation settings, Nazik provides strategic and practical counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs and business goals.

Nazik earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Juris Doctor from LMU Loyola Law School. During law school, she externed for the Honorable Julia W. Brand, a United States Bankruptcy Judge, where she gained valuable insight into the inner workings of the court and the judicial decision-making process.

Before joining Landegger & Verano, Nazik worked as a Banking Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. In that role, she handled complex, multi-jurisdictional financial transactions, developing a sharp analytical approach and a deep understanding of high-stakes legal issues—skills she now applies to her employment defense practice.
