Michelle Gubik is an Associate Attorney at Landegger & Verano, where she represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Her practice includes the defense of claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations.

Before joining Landegger & Verano, Michelle practiced as an Associate Attorney at a defense-side employment law firm, where she partnered closely with employers to represent them in all areas of employment law. Her experience defending employers developed the comprehensive skills she now brings to her current practice.

Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During law school, Michelle worked as a law clerk at a plaintiff-side employment law firm, gaining practical experience. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Management from California State University, Northridge.
