Harry Mkrtchyan is an associate attorney at Landegger Verano ALC, where he focuses his practice on employment law and represents employers in a variety of employment-related matters. His work includes employment litigation and disputes involving wage-and-hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodations, whistleblower claims, and other workplace issues. He also assists clients with employment agreements, workplace policies, and employment-related negotiations, mediation, and litigation.

Harry earned his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2020, where he volunteered with the Legal Aid Foundation of Santa Barbara and was a member of the Legal Education Association for Diversity (LEAD).

After college, Harry worked for two years in plaintiff’s personal injury law, gaining valuable experience advocating for individuals and navigating complex legal matters. He attended Western State College of Law, where he continued to gain practical experience across multiple areas of litigation, including medical malpractice, criminal defense, and products liability. While in law school, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mediation in recognition of his outstanding achievement in the course.

Following his graduation from law school in 2025, Harry worked as an associate at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm before joining Landegger Verano ALC. He draws on his experience in settlement negotiations, mediation, litigation, and client relations to effectively represent employers, resolve employment disputes, and advocate for his clients’ interests.

Harry is fluent in Armenian and has passive bilingual proficiency in Russian.
