Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a Specialization in Computing from the University of California, Los Angeles. She earned her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, New York. Before joining the Firm, Evelyn gained experience at Bisno Mulvaney, LLP, handling business litigation, corporate and partnership disputes and transactions, banking and financial institution litigation, commercial real estate litigation and transactions, creditor bankruptcy representation, and collection matters.

Prior to her legal career, Evelyn was the primary developer and administrator for an interactive fusion materials database at the University of California, Los Angeles. She also managed the digitization and storing in electronic databases of various internal court administration documents for the Marion Superior Court in Indiana. These experiences equipped her with a proficiency in electronic discovery, which has proven invaluable in her role as an attorney.

Since joining the Firm, Evelyn has dedicated herself to cases involving wage and hour claims and class action litigation. Leveraging her mathematics background, she brings a unique forensic approach to evaluating wage and hour liability exposure and negotiating class and representative action settlements. Evelyn is fluent in Spanish and is committed to protecting and advocating for Employers throughout California.
