Evelyn Zarraga, Esq.

Evelyn attended the University of California Los Angeles where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Specialization in Computing in 2005.  Evelyn earned her J.D. from the Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, New York in 2011. While at Albany Law School she completed her concentration in Estate Planning and also the New York certified mediation training.

Before joining the Firm, Evelyn worked for Bisno Mulvaney, LLP, where she acquired experience in business litigation, corporate and partnership dispute litigation and transactions, banking and financial institution litigation, commercial real estate litigation and transactions, creditor bankruptcy representation, and collection matters.

Prior to attending law school, Evelyn worked as a programmer at the University of California Los Angeles, where she was the primary developer and administrator for an interactive fusion materials database.  She also worked for the Marion Superior Court, Indiana, where she managed the digitizing and filing in electronic databases of various internal court administration documents.  As a result of this experience, Evelyn is adept at handling electronic discovery, and as an attorney, she has had the opportunity to work with various e-discovery applications.

Since joining Landegger Baron Law Group, Evelyn has further honed her skills and has created a valuable forensic discovery niche working on cases involving wage and hour claims, including class action litigation.

Evelyn is fluent in Spanish and enjoys working to help protect and defend Employers throughout California.
