Kristina is a top rated employment lawyer in San Fernando Valley, and was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2019.

Kristina received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2011, where she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez of the Central District of California and edited the ABA’s Journal of International Media & Entertainment Law. She received her B.A. with honors from the University of Southern California in Political Science with an emphasis in Philosophy in 2001.

Before joining the Firm, Kristina ran a solo practice devoted to advising employers in employment law matters and representing employees in a wide variety of employment disputes. In order to broaden her understanding of the employer/employee relationship, she subsequently specialized in complex business litigation at Stris & Maher LLP, focusing her practice in areas of employment, employee benefits, and healthcare litigation.

Upon joining Landegger Verano & Davis, Kristina discovered her passion for educating, training, advising and defending employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She is a regular presenter before many HR and business organizations throughout Southern California, and in 2019, she was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce. Kristina is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of California, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Eastern European Bar Association.

Kristina is based in the Encino HQ in San Fernandino Valley. Her day-to-day work involves advising employers on wage and hour, workplace policies, leave of absence and disability accommodation issues, employee handbooks, new hire package, workplace policies and documents, and general employment practices counseling.
