OUR SPEAKER: Jennifer Raphael Komsky, Esq.  Jennifer earned her B.S. in 1994 from the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned her J.D. Degree in 1997 at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar in 1997. Jennifer successfully defends employers in all phases of litigation before State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies. She also provides advice and guidance for litigation defense and avoidance.
