Born, Los Angeles, California – December 31, 1957.

Julie earned her B.A., in 1982 at University of California, Irvine, Magna Cum Laude. Julie earned her J.D. in 1985 at Rutgers University School of Law, Camden New Jersey. Julie was admitted to California State Bar in 1985, U.S. District Court Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.

Julie Hall has extensive labor law experience in both plaintiff litigation and employer representation. Prior to joining the firm she served as General Counsel Labor and Employment Law for Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, in Sunnyvale, California for seven years and Employment Counsel for Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, California for five years. Julie is a member of the Blue Ribbon Advisory Committee on sexual harassment training for the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission regulations and helped ensure that the regulations drafted would consider the realities of operating a business. Her expertise includes EEO, discrimination, wage and hour law and all aspects of union-management relations.
