Laura S. Withrow, Esq.
Laura is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A., Psychology) and earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1996. She is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit, multiple U.S. District Courts, and the Supreme Courts of Massachusetts and California. Laura is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section.
Prior to attending law school, Laura worked for her local chamber of commerce where she obtained a first hand look at the challenges facing small business owners. Inspired to make a difference, Laura attended law school with the goal of working with business owners and managers to help them overcome the challenges of operating a business in California.
Laura’s practice encompasses all aspects of employment law, including wrongful discharge and discrimination litigation in both state and federal courts, wage and hour claim defense, representation of employers in hearings before administrative agencies, management training, and counseling employers on issues relating to employment agreements, trade secret agreements, commission plans and personnel matters.
Laura grew up in the Conejo Valley where she continues to live with her husband and two daughters. She is an avid reader and enjoys hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with her family.
