Jennifer Raphael Komsky earned her B.S. in 1994 from the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned her J.D. degree in 1997 at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  She was admitted to the State Bar in 1997. Current memberships include the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Jennifer was first introduced to employment law by chance when she defended her first sexual harassment case over ten years ago. Since then, her practice has focused on employment law, both litigation and litigation avoidance. She regularly counsels clients on company policies and personnel matters in addition to representing employers in litigation and before administrative agencies.

Jennifer grew up in the San Fernando Valley where she continues to live with her husband, daughter and son.
