VACCINATION OR TEST REQUIREMENT FOR EMPLOYERS WITH 100 OR MORE EMPLOYEES

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s “vaccination-or-test” Emergency Temporary Standard (“ETS”) requires that employees of employers with 100 or more employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or tested weekly.
